Seriously wth?

Seriously wth?

I purchased Trackmania 2 about 30 mins ago, and received an email saying my order is being Validated, when on the site i purchased it from, it said it was approved. Now on this email it says i gotta wait a few hours, um no, not gonna happen it doesnt take long to validate an order, cuz it charged my card and still no Key. i wanna know why its taking them so long to send an email with the key. Cause of its not here in the next hour, im cancelling the order and support can kiss my ass. Funny how i can buy other games and get a key instanly but with this i gotta wait. such bs.

There is maybe an issue when GamesPlanet has tried to process your order. You should wait and watch regularly your mailbox :)

the order is validating and the money was taken off my account, so they have to send the key regardless. I just wanna know why its taking them so long when i should of gotten it an hour ago. im not waiting 5-8 hours

also in the email it says this:

"To prevent fraud, an additional check of your purchase is required. To this effect, your key will only be sent once your purchase has been validated. The aforementioned check can take up to a few hours. We strive to deliver your key to you as fast as possible."

well thats also NOT gonna happen, im not giving them my Info again when i already payed for the game, thats scamming, So i either get the email in next half hour or im cancelling the order.

It can happen sometimes, it's not a scam but the GamesPlanet anti-fraud system has certainly launched an alert on your order, that's why they do an additionnal check.

The information will be not sent to a commercial tier, it's only to verify your identity. Usually they send the key quickly once you have sent the information.

If you don't send them to them, they will cancel the order automatically.

and how do i send the info? cuz im not ordering the game again. sorry for launage but its fucking stupid that they cant send a key in a 1 minute but i can go play other games and get codes instantly. i already proved it was me by sending them my card info, all they gotta do is look me up. So ya they can go ahead and cancel my order, but i want my money back, i thought TM 2 was gonna be cool and all but after this episode they aint keeping my money

You only need to reply to the mail to send the info. Using your credit card information can not be enough to prove your identity (if they have an alert maybe your credit card has been fraudulently used before or maybe an issue with your own information (your name/firstname)). I can't tell it for them, you can ask them why you have to send the information.

Of course if the order is cancelled, you'll be reimbursed. Else you can still order in the Ubisoft Online Shop instead: http://shop.ubi.com. ;)

Hang in there Frogger89. The game is worth playing. It sounds like an error in billing. Don't look poorly at Nadeo for this. They truly do care about the people who play their games. Look how quick Cerovan got back to you about this.
