Looking for people to play with and possibly create team

I played Shootmania at PAX East and was hooked. I just recently got my computer and want to dedicate a lot more time to playing the game and learning the ends and outs.

First, I'm looking for every and anyone to play with and I really want to start ranking, but find the US servers are just empty D:. Secondly, I want create a team (hopefully all female) to compete. The thing with this though is that you have to be willing to join the clan I'm in PMS|H2O We currently have an all male Shootmania pro team. I want to aim to create an all female pro-team, but if it doesn't work out that way, then that's fine <3

I'm not exactly sure of that at the moment, I just know that we have a SM team together.
