Just a few things which will help a few game modes in general.

Siege:

1. Auto Kick players on who stand still in the spawn for longer that 20 seconds, this will stop people going afk and not caring.

2. Let new players join in on pole spawn, rather than having to wait the whole round.

Elite Public General:

Maybe also a rating system so if they leave mid game, others don't have to wait for another player to join to play: Also when a new player joins in half way through the game, prevent them from skipping to the front of the queue in attacking rounds. Force them to the back, so that people who have waited their turn don't get pushed to the back one second before the new round starts.
