Hi, yesterday I contacted "Gamesplanet customer support" over a payment issue I encountered when purchasing Shootmania: Storm. I did this through the following maniaplanet link by clicking "submit a query" http://us-maniaplanet.gamesplanet.com/faq/
I received an email notifying me the support team received my question and to keep track of a reference number. I have the reference number but no way of checking on the question I asked. Will I receive an email soon? Its almost been 24 hours since sending the question and I understand I may be a little impatient but I feel the issue is very important. If anyone here can help me I can provide the reference number of the question and whatever info is needed to resolve my payment issue.
Thank you for your time!

You should be contacted soon. If you didn't hear from them within next Monday, I would advise you to contact the gameplanet support again.

Re: [SM] Payment, support question
This forum is not related to sales questions since this is done by other companies.
You have to go there where you have purchased the game.
Anyways you should have received all necessary information, e.g. weblinks etc.
If it is just a reference number, this is meant for further communication with the shop (e.g. in a new inquiry or in a response mail).
Please be patient since with the holidays possibly many peoople have purchased games, but the people from the shops also deserve some vacation
