[TM2] Key deleted?

Not played the game in a good 6 months, come back to find out my key has been removed from my account for god knows what reason so seems i'm now unable to find the key (came free with a CPU about a year ago)

Sent in a support ticket to ubisoft on the 3rd, received a reply like 7th asking for my email (which was already supplied, and was the same one i was using to send the support ticket....)

It's now the 17th nearly 18th and no reply, pretty sure it said 24-48 hours lol.

Anyone idea any a) why the key was removed or b) how to retrieve the key from maniaplanet account (or any way that avoids using the evidently useless customer service from ubisoft)

well, for a) might say that I already heard some problems with those keys which came with CPU, seems like they work only for a year or so.

Intel has given a key free for 1 year only. After this period of time you can either drop it or buy a new key.
So it is not a bug and not a real problem.

You should have received a notice that the key was only valid 1 year and another that is was about to expire.
However, it looks like not all people have properly received such a notice.

There is no possibility to retreive the old key since it probably gets invalidated if not prolonged in time.
And regarding the support, there was a week-end in between, please wait a couple of days longer, and if still nothing gets back to you, please bump again here.
