[b2] Server crashing by... server login user disconnecting?

I know the title of the post could be a little confused. Our Game Service Provider is actually hosting many servers on 2 different machines, no one got a problem until today. We asked them for creating a new Elite server yesterday, and they did the same steps of all the times: the server got up and running within a few minutes.

The problem is that this morning it started crashing often. I checked the config and it's good, same for the matchsettings. The machine didn't have any problem, and other Elite servers on the same machine were all running without problems. Reading the logs, the only useful thing I can find is that:

I have many other logs like this one. Crashes are happening often, but apparently randomly... sometimes in 20/30 minutes, other times in many hours. Then it restart (it's a TCadmin panel feature) and do it again. It happened 6 times in 21 hours.

What could it be? Logs aren't telling me that much about this error, just that the user I created on the "Dedicated servers" area of my PlayerPage is disconnecting. And this is really strange... please help me solve this, or find out if it's a bug.
