Cannot connect to ManiaPlanet[fixed]

Hi.
I have received my ShootMania Beta key and download link.
Then I installed ManiaPlanet, but when I launch it, it just says I'm offline. When I press connect, it says "Press OK to retry connection"

Do I have to se something up or what?
I have unmodified hosts file and I have disabled the firewall... Still can't connect.

Please check the settings of the internet explorer, if it is not in offline mode.
ManiaPlanet uses the Windows / IE internet settings.

Thanks. IE was indeed in offline mode. I never actyally run IE, so that was the problem
