After trying to reinstall and running the setup it says

unable to execute file:
c:\program files (x86)\maniaplanet\maniaplanetlauncher.exe

createProcess failes, code 740.

yes... It does work but first time i opened it it said that.

Could you please upload again a matching logfile to this error?
Since you're running W8 there might be plenty of errors the devs have not seen yet

file3 was the last time i played shootmania and i had a total system crash in which i had to restart my computer
