[Fixed][B.2.1b] BIK still unfixed!

Small and annoying bug in bik support - biks are saved in map as "dds" (TM changes extension from "bik" to "dds") so bik works while editing, but not after map is saved. Why TM looks at extensions anyway? All files has own headers and extension is just part of filename. Do not change it while saving (bug) and made TM extension-independent, please.
