[B2.1] [fixed] Donating doesnt work properly for everybody

It seems donating is not possible anymore for some players
I could not donate myself to our server, with 5826 planets i didnt have enough planets to donate 826 planets.
So probably something is not working properly
We did a test with 4 people and 2 couldnt donate and 2 players could.
Something related to the masterserver perhaps?

Funny thing that: I had this problem on all my servers for about two weeks until the latest update - but now it works. I have no clue sorry
