We have played ELITE B3 yesterday, maybe 6 hours after update,without stop ;D

I think that it's ok, but:
1)If defender have a nuc, he can just wait and shoot near the pole when attacker want to capture it.
2) Image of laser on top of defender who have a laser-good(looks like wallhack :yes: ),but if that defender is far away from attacker-defense have bonuses. for example defender hides in a place where attacker can shoot him(from 100 meters for example), but it's easy to hit attacker if he is in the open space.
3) The main problem was-We were not able to change back to B2 mode... We spend a lot of time with the comman like(beta2 true,beta2 false) and e.t.c and wasn't able to change.

Thank you for the nice update of enviroment, i'm inlove in the skies, looks like the sunsets from TM Sunrise(First game from nadeo i've played). Stars on the sky-great idea,now we can see sky in the water-also looks nice.
Realm mode-20vs20 to get the same pole!!! 5 shots-10 kills lol

Amazing walls,looks more realistic now. I'm inlove in the game now and Hylis for sure ;D

Thank you for a nice update, I'm not dissapointed that I've bought this game.

Hello everybody.

In french :

Je trouve que le patch est vraiment une très bonne chose dans son ensemble.
En mode élite, le fait de pouvoir prendre le nucleus en défense est une bonne chose aussi je pense. Celui ci ne déséquilibre pas totalement l'équilibre du jeu, n'est pas cheaté et apporte une nouvelle profondeur au jeu,... Je ne sais pas si il sera bon de l'utiliser sur le long terme mais ça reste une idée intéressante car il apporte des choses nouvelles que les roquettes n'apportent pas. En revanche peut être faudrait-il limiter son utilisation sur un seul défenseur de manière à ne pas déséquilibrer l'essence même du jeu.

Par contre je vais rejoindre l'avis de tout le monde et là dessus je pense que personne ne peut être d'accord : c'est l'intégration du laser pour le défenseur en élite. Le jeu devient complètement déséquilibré car le laser est trop puissant. Quoi dire de plus...
Ajouter à ça le fait que le défenseur est visible par l'attaquant à travers les murs. Je comprends que vous ayez voulu enlever l'avantage énorme du défenseur mais c'est pas une bonne idée non plus. A ce moment là l'attaquant peut jouer sans son puisque le seul sens qui importe est la vu... Et il n'y a plus aucunes prises d'informations de sa part, tout est sans le moindre sens. Comme ça a été dit plus tôt ça n'a ni queue ni tête.

Heureusement le jeu n'est qu'en bêta et c'était juste un test de votre part mais j'espère que vous vous rendez compte que l'intégration du laser pour le défenseur en élite est une idée à bannir d'office et le plus rapidement possible.

Nice update. The nucleus for defenser can be interesting because it is not cheated weapon and allow defensers to create new strates and the game become more and more interesting...
The worse idea of the year is obsviously the laser for defensers on elite mod. It is unbalanced and very stupid. There are no sense to add it in mode like elite. I hope it was just test and nadeo is understanding it is not good thing for the game's future and will delete it very fast.

In my conclusion it is not a bad work excepted laser for defensers on elite mod that is the fail of the year.

Please fix the respawn time on realm! I played to two on a server and I had to wait 1500 sec until I can respawn! -.-

+1, maybe 5-10seconds constant respawn time is ok, but not 30 or 40

Balanced? Just remember how we ourselves rushed with three rails on CasteCrasher or Spitfire, or camped with three nukes on IronFist. I admit we lost some rail-rush rounds, but that's because we are not perfect with rail, and sometimes we were just unlucky. Other than that we simply dominated.
That's because we were 3 team mates on 1 team, using teamwork, and against randoms + Tunga.
Do you forget that in the old elite we do the same rush tactics sometimes and win almost 100% defences?

When attacking vs defenders with rails, its easy to hide and take peek-shots at the defenders. I've done it so often. This means that 3 defenders cannot take rail, or they will die against a good attacker. A combination will make them stronger, and this is what Hylis is getting at I believe - how the players will combine the weapon choices. It will also be more interesting for spectators.

Another thing you said, an attack will depend on if a defender will make a mistake. How is that different from Beta 2?
Of course this needs to be tweaked like all new features, but I don't believe it will help to completely remove laser from defenders.

Maybe nerf the laser abit, like double reload time for defenders. This means that even a 3 defender rush with lasers can be countered. But then could it be too weak since there is also wallhack?
And with nucleus, removing the half-reload in capture time (last 15 seconds) would make it better, as right now its too strong.

Are you sure you're playing on an updated (2013-02-09b) server, because the first dedicated released yesterday (2013-02-09) contained a bug making the ladder not working.
