[B3 RC1][Royal]Forced toSpectator when the pole is activated

Today, I was playing the Royal EXP title, but everytime somebody activated the pole (I am not sure) I was forced to spectator.
Is somebody with the same problem?
The others players weren't forced to spectator too, just me...

I had the same at the end of the round on Siege today.
