What our goals are:
-To attend major tournaments
-To attend ESL tournaments / league
-To get the highest we can on rankings
-LANs

The type of player I am looking for:
-Is from Europe
-Already knows the core of the game (positions etc.)
-Has plenty of free-time to play
-Is dedicated to winning
-Is mature
-Does not rage over his failures but learns from it
-Has good enough english not to cause language barriers in the spoken form
-Can take advices from others and does not ignore it completely
-Is not completely unsounded
