[Solved] What is this error? (was: You are not online...)

A friend of mine is getting this error, and he asked me to post it here for him... he is pretty sad he cant play

FIXED: did this "An easy explanation: Open IE -> Press Alt+X then click on "internet settings" -> Advanced -> Scroll down until you see the security section and un-tick "check for server certificate revocation" and "check for signatures in downloaded programs".

Well , this error started happening again, any ideas?

Make sure IE is online and not offline, perhaps some other application has changed the internet settings of Windows.
