Why does the game have such awful performance?

Shootmania doesn't run properly at all on my PC:
3930K @4.25/4.5
16GB @ 1600
Caviar Black
6870 CFX (I disable the CrossFire when I play since it performs better without it)
and a 1680X1050 (below FHD)
With a slower system the game runs over 100 FPS and here it barely runs 55 (maximum in both PCs, his monitor is FHD)
Why is it so terrible? Could you help me out solving it please?

It is a relatively modern game which uses a lot of resources, even for relatively new systems.
And it is still in beta phase. With start of the Open Beta, the debug code was removed, so now we should have the fastest ShootMania ever since it was first given to test

In fact, the settings have a big impact on the performance.
Please reduce the settings, don't use highest quality everywhere, don't use maximum AA settings, etc.
Make sure your system was set on maximum performance and not balanced.
See if ManiaPlanet.exe is registered as managed game in your video card settings.

Also make sure your video card has enough power available.
And check your have the newest audio and video drivers installed.

Finally, ManiaPlanet is apparently being optimized for nVidia cards, not yet necessarily for AMD cards.

Could you please download
http://files.maniaplanet.com/ManiaPlane ... 2_logs.zip
and unzip the ManiaPlanet_Logs.exe in your install folder, then run this exe instead the launcher ?
You'll have same performances (a bit slower in fact) but with game profilers available.
Play like before until you get bad performance, then

a) Press Ctr+F11 3 times, then take a screen shot (F10)
Then Press Ctr+F11 1 time again to disable render profiler

b) Press Ctr+F7 1 time, then take a screen shot
Then press Ctr+F7 2 or 3 times to disable global profiler

Then post your screen shots here
In multiplayer, please give also the player count and the average snapshot delta-time ('°' game profiler key)
