Map is made in beta 2.1 though and im not sure if i've computed shadows.

You're very perceptive!

It looks like a replacement texture (red-blue-green checkers).

I can reproduce it as well.
In the editor, it is not there as long as you did not calculate the lightmap.
You add a new pole, and the effect is gone...

After fast shadow calculation it is there on all pole head reflections.
At Very fast doesn't show this effect.
Afer Default quality calculation again shows it.
Strange, in the launcher it was set to "very fast".

Now set to "normal" in the configuration, and trying again the editor.
Stil there after "Default" and "Fast" calculation, but not after "Very fast".

Lightmap Ultra and index are both not checked.
