hi ! i would like to know how to report a player who says racism discussions ? for ban this player.

I have read here a person says : "what can we do"

The answer is easy : report and ban by community managers.

I come from the iRacing community. they save all the chat logs, if you report such talks, giving them the session ID and player name, the player will be ban for many times. And this game is works only online, and by periodic subscription !

One time i have reported a player for racism, ban ! this player be back after 6 month. when you pay and your are ban for this, 2 solution : never come back to this game or back and never speak racism again.

this can be to the disadvantage of iRacing and their money... but it's their choice to keep good and serious players.

how works maniaplanet about this problems and how to report please ?

I guess the best you can do is get them banned from that server if votebans are enabled. Click their name on the list, and select "callvote ban". I don't think you'd have a lot of trouble getting the majority of online players to vote "yes" to banning a racist.

Well about 4 days ago a guy from "Other Countries" called S17 or so called me and my friend Jews and said something like: "Too bad Hitler didn't finish the job". I pressed report and gave a reason, and it kinda bums me out that to get better treatment in the game, I have to put a different country.
If Nadeo's watching this, I would really like you to send a PM on Maniaplanet saying if an action towards a guy I have reported was performed.
I know, a huge part of these guys are Muslims but usually if I meet one, I'm not judging him as long as his ideology is not killing people and just embracing them (guys who wish death to the innocent should be outcasted). The media is just full of lies about what Israel's doing (and I know pretty good what we're doing), so I think that's one of the causes...

Anyway, I do have a request from the community: don't try to "charge" against the haters, just try to reveal the truth. Syria is really unstable now and the people are getting slaughtered by the dictator-"their Muslim brothers" don't even look at their direction. Yet, Israel does help the poor guys and gives them medical care. The media doesn't show that because the haters will say it's a lie.
Just show them the truth and they will realize it's the problem of the other countries using the country who's not willing to attack to conflict the hatred towards it instead to the government (ffs get democracy mid east).

PS: All of the pictures of people suffering is from Syria, Israel NEVER attacks civilians.

I saw racism against a French dude also a few days ago, and he used the report function. Does that even work? It's been in Trackmania since the dawn of time, but I never saw it work.

The best thing to do is screenshot rascism and post it here so the community can see who the offender is, and if he is in a "esport" team they will surely kick him.

i'm muslim from France. For sure I am shocked by such behavior against israel people. it's clear that i don't like the Israeli policy, but if i see racism against an israelian player i will report too. Racism is unacceptable, it's a cancer.

Although it is a sad thing, the anonymity eases a lot such ugly behavior.
Those people are against everyone in their way, they only try to make others feel bad and offended, but it is only a silly joke for them.
You can call it idiotic, but as soon as you react, they win their dumb psycho games.
The best is to ignore them completely and to not react at all on their insults, because you can't change them.

If you have serious complaints about specific players, please use at least a screenshot, best with the player's login name, and post them in the appropriate forum, or adress PM directly to the community managers Aliona and Cerovan.

that's why i was asking for understanding; because i don't know the level of vulgarity or aggressiveness of different words like that, sort of words that we don't learn at school lol.

What i would like to say by "bulshit, crybaby", is that "muslim against jews" is a cliché ( i hope you know this word ). in Palestine/israel ok it's a special thing, but in the game and all the others countries jews and muslim leaves together in peace. And when Acesii saying " I know, a huge part of these guys are Muslims " i would like to moderate and precised in order to not make grew up bad ideas on/about muslim people.
i hope now you understand why i would like to precise.
But i know Acesii when you are from palestine or israel you are in the conflict and you feel thing different that what we leave in europe.
