[B3] Deleting Block Error

I did a video for this but it was to big and to much messing about so I will try and explain.
First place block 2-3-1 then place 2-3-2 under to make dirt path. Now place block 3-2-9 to connect tech road to dirt path under the arch. Now delete block 2-3-2.

its a bug, yes, but should there really be a transition?
Was it working before?
I guess the path under the arch goes a bit deeper into the ground...

Couldn't you place the tech transition block first and put the arch afterwards on top of the path?

There must be some difference somewhere because you can't put a tech path to dirt path in front of an arch unless you put the arch path there first. What should happen is when you delete arch dirt path it should auto delete tech to dirt path too.
