What's your ingame nick?Omnixor wrote:he is now trying to get to instagib server, we're kicking him... he got like 50 points in half a minute. specced him, 7 shots in a row without missing and without seeing the opponent. and he even had the nerve to get back and say "re" after getting kicked. have the replay if necessary.

At the moment, if you do a competition and would like to raise a cheating claim, I strongly suggest that you run your server with auto-saves of replays.
We need the replays from the server side, and not the client side.

We are still working on it, we are still in beta and we have still other things to do on this, but it is a important topic for us. We just talk less about it for some obvious reasons.

Re: Hacker Spotted
Actually, I've been on the server with myRU as well and it was kinda shocking how elegant those aimbots already were.
Normally I would expect to see a rough ultra fast, perma lock-on bot, but this already was just occassionally locking in.
If someone on top100 elite would use this, and would turn it on and off considering the situation, yo might end up in a harsh situation as you couldn't clearly make out if the player is cheating. His movement will be on spot, the def side will be played well and in attack he would have turned on the monster bot !
At the moment it's still clear, because the bot is also aiming through walls... but I know a few tournament player I could imagine they would instnatly use such a shit.
It's like back in the old days cs. They cheat to ge the privilege to come to a LAN final, however they are still good players, which is why it's not so obvious to the majority. But in a sudden, the LAn skill was always kind of "different" compared to those i-net knowledge. I remember 4ng3ls, a LAN only clan, which refrained to touch inet leagues. They won against every pg clan, against sk, mTw, faculty, ocrana, TAMM all on LAN. The same situation in the web and they always lost...
But that was an old game... should be prevented in modern games though. Let's see...
EDIT:
Okay, I've done some researches and found few hacker groupes who were alreday doing stuff since august. However due to the low request rate there have not been much interest to do stuff, up untill the open beta. That's why they keep on refining those hacks.
To understand the aiming engine, it won't work correctly against jumps or high-level dodging as it uses a kind of small prediction system. Hence it can fail a shot as shown in the utube movs, but it also includes a reveiling radar and a wallhack. This is even tough on high-level play !

Re: Hacker Spotted
Another multicheat user spotted on an instagib server !

Just one map before the server was full with 20+ people, but they left pretty quickly. I'd no fraps opened before that, which is why I just could record the empty server, but the use is still obvious ^^
