[B3] Copy with terraforming not working

Sometimes, the copy doesn't work correctly.
The selection looks strange and can't be past anywhere.

The problem seems to happen when there are blocs over some terraforming but I haven't found something simple to reproduce it.

I also had the problem on a map without water before.
Do you need the map files to reproduce the problem?

It doesn't look like the mountain has copied so the blocks that are copied have nothing to sit on
I will have a go at reproducing it to make sure we all have the same bug.

Just a thought, I see you have copied blocks from the top of a cliff. If you add that cliff first then can you paste?
I just run some test and the only time I could reproduce this was when I accidentally (not really a accident I put them there for this purpose) copied some tunnel blocks.
I was able to paste my selected blocks with tunnel blocks but couldn't when I tried pasting on a lower level because my tunnel blocks went lower than I was able to go.
