Problems with Launching

I need help, my computer isnt too good:
AMD phenom(tm) II X6 1100T Processor 3.30 GHz
4GB of rams
32-bit Operating system
AMD Radeon HD 6700 Series Graphics card

But my problem is, once it is installed i hit play, but nothing happens
In processes, it says that it is running, but just wont load up. help?

Did you try to deactivate your firewall and your antivirus? What is your antivirus?

i tried to allow the access of maniaplanet through but didnt work, i was meant to post this in Maniaplanet section because after i press play, maniaplanet wont actually open. and my antivirus is AVG
