check if ManiaPlanet is allowed for both UDP and TCP, and not blocked.

no, it still wont work. ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling many times, installed directX again like 5 times, deleted and re installed 4 times, etc

Are you using mumble when launching maniaplanet? If yes, deactivate it and activate it when you are in game.
Did you deactivate your firewall? What is your firewall?
