How can I get on a Team?

I'm really interested in playing with a team. I have recently been playing CS: GO using the match making, and I really enjoy playing competitively. I am looking for a team in North America that plays CS, and Shootmania tournaments, and practices together.

Can someone tell me he best way to find a team please?

put "Seek team" in your nickname, then play well, until you'll get asked if you want to join a team by other player.
