[B3.1] Opening replays without game open doesn't work

Just tried opening a TM2 Stadium replay file with the game not opened, and every time it tried to start installing the Shootmania beta over Steam. Don't know about non-Steam, but at the moment you have to have Stadium open in order to open replay files. Don't know what'd happen if I had Shootmania Beta installed.

Nothing major, just thought it'd be worth mentioning
