[B3.1][Stadium] Motion Blur Won't Let Me Take Pic

Hello!

I'm trying to take a screenshot with the MT on stadium. Only when i enable motion blur does it go back to the mt editor when there's a frozen progress bar telling me it is shooting. It has worked countless times before, so i don't know why it isn't now. Specs are not necessary because it has worked before.

What could be the problem?
