Suggestion: Vote cooldown

Not entirely sure if this is the right place to post this, but I couldnt find a suggestions section.

I am also not sure if this is something for the devs or the mod makers to consider.

That said my suggestion is to put a cooldown on voting for the next map, & possibly other types of voting, lately it has become an increasing habit of people who lose a vote to spam that vote again & again, so I thought it would be an idea if you could only vote for the next map, or whatever once per round, per person, that way if enough people wanted the change but missed the vote, someone else could start the vote again, but you wouldnt have one person continuously spamming it.
