Custom skins appearence problem

Normally I cant see any avatars and custom cars.
Also my chosen car skin keeps being forgotten by the client and I always have to choose it again...

It happened that one of my buddys avatar could be seen by me, but not by him (?)

And yea, again a very old bug together with many others...please show some interest in fixing those, cause this is the moment to show the way towards tm2...

"normally" if your ports forwarding is set properly (not blocked by firewall antivirus router or any other program) you are able to see everyones* skins/avatars/horns when those load.

The issue of "the car being forgotten" happens to me when i start the game in another PC

*everyone who got their ports forwarding set properly and have not p2p upload blocked

I didnt have this problem until spring 2012. since then, constantly. I have everything enabled - at least nothing got touched.
