confirm buddy?

So, my friend and I added each other as buddies in the game, but when we logged into our accounts, on the buddy page, we are each listed with a red dot nezt to our names. When we hover over the dot, there is a message that says 'waiting for confirmation.' How do we confirm? Thanks!

Have you tried restarting the game? You should be able to confirm that just when logging in to the game.

It's quite an unexpected thing once you first discover the problem, hopefully Nadeo will fix the issue and make it so when you do add a buddy, the person is instantly informed while in game and the notification left in the buddies. (also looking ahead if this does get fixed this way please have that disabled when in busy mode)
