[B3.1]Can't navigate some menus with gamepad/keyboard

Both in Canyon and Stadium, some menus (for example the ingame menu, or the selection of the track in solo mode) cannot be used with a gamepad if I hit up, left, right or down nothing happens... Bth with my X360 gamepad and USB Keyboard.

Also, it's not always easy to distinguish wivh menu item is selected, especially on the home screen.

I find it especially annoying to not be able to switch between training and and official run via the keyboard after hitting the restart key in solo mode.

+1 Very annoying.

I'm using a Logitech Rumblepad 2.
It works in some menus one time, the other it doesn't.
It worked fine in TM Nations.

Thumbs up for these great games, but fix this issue, please.

Same problem here. My controller worked fine in Trackmania 1 and 2 a few weeks prior to the Steam release of TM2.

And yeah, the same thing happens with my USB keyboard as well.

This is still an issue in the Steam version of Trackmania 2 (I haven't tested the standalone Maniaplanet release). Please fix.

annoying indeed. I can't exit the track from solo/localplay without mouse, and can't simply press esc->enter to exit from validation in trackeditor...

I can confirm this; tracks from the Stadium campaign can only be navigated with the mouse, not with my keyboard or PS3 controller.

It's also a bit tedious to select which medal to go for on tracks, since you have to select the medal, then navigate down to "Play" and click enter/confirm. It would be more intuitive to click the medal once to select it, then once more to play. (Or just once to play).

It's been weeks now without a fix. Has anyone from the dev team noticed this issue? I've played Trackmania on a pad for years so this is particularly annoying.

I sure hope we got heard, there must be loads of people who're annoyed by this...

Is there an actual bug tracker or is this theard it?
