[SM] IP disconnected from the server (10054)

Hey I made a post in the shootmania forum before hand, when I play on any server I will often get dced from the server and have the message you have been disconnected from the server ( 10054 ), it is very frustrating and really would like a fix.

The past week it hasnt really done it but today i have noticed it occuring more frequently again. Here it is in this video

Can you play on Ubisoft servers?
What is your system specs and your antivirus / firewall?

I only play on elite servers, which I dont think are Ubisoft servers, however i have had the issue once or twice when i have played on the ubisoft servers
System:

AMD Phenom x4 quad core
Ati Radeon HD4800 series gfx
4gb Ram
500 gb hard drive

speedtest- 10 ping 37mbps dl and 1.7mbps ul

I use malwarebytes for scanning and just windows firewall

I just notice something now, it happened again while i was in warmup, however i was playing normally and noticed i was being shot, but could not see anyone in the server. the timer then went to the start countdown and after the countdown it happened. It was almost as if I was completly out of sync with what was going on in the server. People were obviously in the server but I could not see them, however I could still get shot by them.

Do you play on servers located in your country?

yes and sometimes not, all european servers
