Performance issue

Ive seen alot of these topics but nothing seems to help.

The problem is that my medium fps is around 60-70 and sometimes drops below that and its gets frustrating.

My Setting on Shootmania:

Preset Very Fast
Max filtering Trilinear

I heard many ppl experience a huge difference btw having Cpu syncro immidiate to none but i dont feel any difference whatsoever.

On my Nvidia 3D Setting i have everything to have better performance .Vsync off ect...
