Also wenn Dein Rechner sich standardmäßig mit mp05 oder mp06 zu verbinden versucht, dann klappt es auch nicht.
Kannst Du mal ManiaPlanet starten, bis dahin wo der Fehler auftaucht,
und dann sofort darauf folgende Kommandos in cmd eingeben und die Ausgabe posten oder mir per PM schicken?

Aber der fehler 12029 ist eigentlich ein genereller Internetverbindungsfehler.
Absolut sicher dass die Firewall oder die Antiviren-Software/Security Suite nicht sperren?
Und auch absolut sicher dass der IE nicht im Offline-Modus ist?
Kannst Du mit dem IE die Seite http://player.maniaplanet.com erreichen?

Dass Du die zwei Server nicht erreichen kannst, mag an Deinem Provider liegen

Hi,

it seems that network packets sent by the game are not routed to our subscription server (mp05.maniaplanet.com).
So you are unable to create an account and play the game.
The two 'tracert' command indicate that network packets do not reach the network of your ISP (Unitymedia I presume) when the destination is mp05.maniaplanet.com.

Normally, packets are transmitted to your modem/routeur/gateway (192.168.4.5), then to 5.10.171.173 and reach the network of your ISP (unity-media.net).
After that packets are transmitted to our server.
It's what happens when you execute the command 'tracert mp01.maniaplanet.com'.

But I don't know why, when the destination of the network packets is mp05.maniaplanet.com, packets are just transmitted to your modem/routeur/gateway (192.168.4.5),
then are blocked. They are not transmitted to 5.10.171.173, as we can see on the 'tracert mp05.maniaplanet.com' log.
So it seems it must be due to the config of your modem/routeur/gateway, or the config of a VPN software (if you use a VPN software), or your ISP that blocks packet to our server.

I hope these will help you to resolve this issue.

Some routers have a diagnostic option where you can ping or tracert any address from their configuration web page.
Does your router have such an option? If yes, please try to ping / tracert mp05 again.
Sometimes there is also the option to reset the routing tables.

Please check if your router has the correct DNS adresses, and if you have entered them yourself, please check with your provider if they have changed perhaps.

Another idea: are you using W-LAN? Please try to connect your laptop directly using LAN and try again.
