[Suggestion]Moddable sound effects

Hello!

It would be nice if we had the ability to put sound effects in mods. I'm trying to make a wet mod which takes place after a rain storm for stadium and it would be nice if we could add our own skid sound effects, like a wet skid. I know we can already add Amb.ogg for ambient sounds but that just doesn't cut it.

What does everyone think about my suggestion?
