Can't connect to friends game

Hey people,

A friend of mine and I have real trouble to play together in our own games.
When I host or my friend host neither of us can join the others game.

We booth have opened the following ports in our routers:

UDP 80
UDP 443

TCP & UDP 2350
TCP & UDP 3450

Port 2350 (Server) & 3450 (P2P Server) are also configured under the Netwok tab in the Advanced Settings.

Any advice?

Run the server, then check with http://canyouseeme.org/ if you can reach port 2350. If not, it's some port forwarding problem.
Make sure you allowed it in your software firewall and forwarded the port correctly in the router to your own local IP. If you're sure it's all right, set up a static local IP which is often fixing the issue.

Yeah it's all set up right, when my Server is running your sites says me:

Success: I can see your service on myopenIP on port (2350)
Your ISP is not blocking port 2350

So I think it should work?
Have to try it later with my friend.

Are you on the same LAN or so?
If that website can see your ports being open connecting thru the internet should work.

Keep in mind Nadeo's masterservers need some time to handle the new server, after starting the server keep it up for 15 mins, then try again.

So I had my server opened for nearly 60 minutes and my friend wasn't able to join..."Could not connect to Server"...

Does this message pop up instantly (within 0.1 sec) or after a slight delay?

It pops up instantly when they try to connect.

That means the masterserver hasn't completely handled it yet or there's an issue with the connection to the masterserver from your own server.
I'd try to disable your firewall (don't forget to re-enable after you're done), start server, wait 15 mins, then join. It might work.
