Have you modified your hosts file? The ip 10.0.0.138 is the ip of your modem and the test stay in local and don't ping the real server.

Thank you all but the origin of the problem was my router, it was acting up all weird and stuff. had to reset him to manufacturer settings and setup him again. Now it works
