[B3.1]Buddy list custom char bug

Sometimes custom characters will be shown correctly and sometimes it don't as seen below.

Do you have the login of theses two servers ?

It's a Trackmania 2 Stadium server. Both names are the same server.

I can confirm that...
Server names on chat list sometimes (yes... sometimes) have a bad encoding
