[B3.1] Editor: water mood - copy issues

In water mood when you try to copy parts that has grass, it picks up the whole water surrounding. Its not possible to use copy paste tool in water environment very well. Also when you pick "choose all" function, it picks up the water aswell, which is the whole map area. Would be good to have water disconnected automatically so dont have to switch land mood when needing to copy.
