So you see now the medals and can select them however you can't do an official race. Am I right?
Have you got the gold medals on D02/03/04/05?

That is correct.The medals are there and can be selected, but the one-minute timer is still gone and no official race is offered.

No, the last gold medal I got was on D01, none further.

Sorry for late reply, but... you must get Gold medals in training on tracks before you can drive Official runs on them.

Until you get Gold on those maps, the timer will not be there, nor will you be offered a chance to drive Official runs on them. This is normal.
