[B3.1]Suddenly sticked to the ground

Hi everyone,

I m playing on a win7 computer adn since yesterday I have a very weird and annoying bug.
It happens in different title ( Storm and Elite) . For exemple in the middle of a round, suddendly, I m stick to the floor. When I try to jump or move, I have the feeling that I m moving but after I m going back directly to the same spot and I can't shoot laser or rocket. I can see other people moving and playing normal. For me it feels like I have a super lag, but my ping isnt changing only snapshot does.

Most of the times I cant move again after 15-20 secondes.

I had this bug a few months ago and someones tell me to desactivate the P2P, and I till yesterday I never had the problem again.

I am having the same problem. I just started yesterday and everything was cool, but today I joined a royal server and after 2 rounds I was stuck at spawn. It was like this for 3 rounds before I left. Then I headed over to an Obstacle server and after 10 mins in there I started getting stuck randomly. It wasn't permanent until a map change. And now I'm here.

Edit: I'm running Windows 7 x64.
Double edit: Closed the game, restarted Steam, seemed to fix it. Oh well.

I have the same problem from time to time... I though it was my wireless keyboard but it seems i'm not the only one Personally it fixes when i shoot the floor and i get moved... If i'm not forced to move (rocket shoot to floor/wall or hit) i get stuck for about 7-10 secs

Yes... I'm a rough man i play fps with wireless devices...

There are some blocks where you're not allowed to jump or shoot. For instance, the protected spawns with the greenish floors on them, and also on the recharging pads found on some maps. They shouldn't prevent you from moving around though. So if you can't move/strafe, etc... then it must be some other issue.

I still have the problem. I wonder if isnt a problem with the port and my modem. Wich port does Shootmania use ?

2350 and 3450 are the default ports. You can set a custom port in the launchers settings tab. Check your firewall too.

But anyway, I don't think this is the problem. I also have the same issue from time to time and my ports are open and not blocked by my isp, router, firewall, antivirus.
I fix it by shooting to the floor with a rocket

I can't even type, shoot or backspace (suicide) but I still see other players playing and they can kill me :/
