[B3.1] Get stuck in the top of the pole

I don't know if this was changed on purpose or not.

It used to be that you could stand on top of the pole. Now, you fall into a little area at the top of the pole and can't get out without being shot and eliminated by someone below you.

I can approve this, same happened to me on a Battle map, couldn't get out of the pole without having to respawn. I could shoot rockets through the pole, though.
