It's not a ZIP archive. It is a valid 7z archive.
Well, I'm sorry, but that's stupid. All full installs are regular ZIPs that can be handled via the native Win7 support, and via the standard Info-ZIP package on Linux. Putting this delta in an archive format that requires a different, external program was a mistake, IMHO. Besides, previous deltas also didn't require 7z.

Is the event structuring (at least in the most recent API) fixed?

Try it in CentOS with standard 'unzip' support, which is not near as forgiving on formats. Only morons release in 7z, rar, or any other proprietary format.. zip is bad enough -- where's a tar.gz?

Edit: Still, though.. 400mb for a dedicated server.. wow! Can't imagine what would be taking up all that space..

And can confirm, it's a 7z masquerading as a zip. Hilarious! I use 7z all the time.. only way I managed to replicate this was by creating a 7z package and manually changing the file extension from '7z' to 'zip'. I gotta hand it to you guys.. always finding new and more clever ways to screw up.. xD

What about single votes disabling? Is there now any possibility to forbid single votes? (Like the offzone speed,...)

sadly not, i have never raged about updates but this part of the most recent update is just CRAP...
the goal block of any existing map has been modified, i can't do anything about it in the obstacle script.. the maps have to be edited...
sorry but why did you change the MODIFIED TAG of blocks inside a map???

obstacle maps have Checkpoints and Goals.. but now the affected maps have only Checkpoints.. no chance that i can fix this in the game mode script...
map authors need to redownload the updated MapType script ObstacleArena and edit their map, after 5 seconds in the editor it's working again AND all records on the servers are GONE, thanks
