Can't Connect to any Servers? Beta Account.

When I try to play Elite or Royal I click on matchmaking or on any random server and it makes the little sound but nothing happens.

Any fix on this?

When did you create your account?
Please read this announcement to have information on free trial accounts.
Only players having created their account before the 10th April can still play on Elite and Royal.

That's is the date and time I received my account creation email from you guys. So it was before the 10th for sure.

Just tried and it's working! Servers seems lagged though but that's a general problem. Thanks and good luck!

Hello,

I can recall that I tried to play it during the beta but then I couldnt join anything.
Not the beginners servers who are picked for me, or any other servers.
So I immediatly thought well nvm i'll wait till release.
Well that day has come I just bought the game and I want to play.
But still I can't play the game I'm just stuck on watching clouds on loading screen.
And after a minute or so it just does weird stuff and I get kicked back to the multiplayer server tab.
I've not been able to play and see this game a single time because of this.
I can't even create an empty server with just me in it, its still just stuck on watching clouds :S

I don't know anything about any trial or beta accounts I don't even know what kind of account I have, but the point is that i've never been able to play in the first place.
And I would like to know why, because I got no error message or anything.
Or I want my money back. but I prefer being able to check out this game:P

Seems like you have trouble connecting to servers.
Please make an exception for ManiaPlanet.exe in your firewall/anti-virus and try to connect to a server again
