ESL is looking for YOUR maps!

We, admins of the TrackMania 2 section of ESL.eu, want to change our mappacks and we are now looking for help from the community! We are currently looking for the following style of maps:

• Stadium Tech minis
• Stadium Fullspeed maps
• Canyon (Speed)tech maps

Stadium tech minis

• name: "ESL-'name'" use what you want for "name"
• no special signs in the name
• length: 30-40 seconds
• use of ESL Signs
• the tracks are not uploaded anywhere
• easily drivable map, maps with hard jumps will be ignored
• Blockmixing is allowed, if it does not produce graphical glitches or driving bugs
• use any mood you want, but watch out for shadows and dark paths
• GPS can be there but not on the start block
• intros and outros are forbidden
• give it a delicate and nice outlook
• the scenery is up to you (make sure it doesn't produce lags, lighting problems or graphical bugs!)
• the tracks were not used in any competition before
• the tracks are only known by yourself

Stadium Fullspeed maps

• name: "ESL-'name'" use what you want for "name"
• no special signs in the name
• length: 30-40 seconds
• use of ESL Signs
• the tracks are not uploaded anywhere
• using loops are NOT allowed, except if its placed right before the finish (1 block max)
• we need easy maps, transition-based and too smooth tracks will be ignored
• Blockmixing is allowed, if it does not produce graphical glitches or driving bugs
• use any mood you want, but watch out for shadows and dark paths
• GPS can be there but not on the start block
• intros and outros are forbidden
• give it a delicate and nice outlook
• the scenery is up to you (make sure it doesn't produce lags, lighting problems or graphical bugs!)
• the tracks were not used in any competition before
• the tracks are only known by yourself

Canyon (Speed)tech maps

• name: "ESL-'name'" use what you want for "name"
• no special signs in the name
• length: 40-55 seconds
• use of ESL Signs
• the tracks are not uploaded anywhere
• the track should be easily finishable
• Blockmixing is allowed, if it does not produce graphical glitches or driving bugs
• GPS can be there but not on the start block
• intros and outros are forbidden
• give it a delicate and nice outlook
• the scenery is up to you (make sure it doesn't produce lags, lighting problems or graphical bugs!)
• the tracks were not used in any competition before
• the tracks are only known by yourself

If you made one of those kind of maps, please don't hesitate to send it in by mailing it to: eu.tm2.maps@staff.esl.eu! Make sure you use this format ("Maps - *game&mapstyle* - *your nickname*"), otherwise your entry might be missed. The ESL Signs can be downloaded via the announcement on ESL.eu.
