Racing Cam question

Is there a way to set a different camera view as default, so I start every race with it?
Now whenever I reset my car or (obviously) enter a new map, I get the 1st camera view (close follow), while I absolutely hate racing like that, not being able to see stuff properly. So every single time I have to press the 'Change Camera' key 4 times to get to the view I want, can I somehow alter this so I won't have to do this 76281 times per race?
