Im so confused about the ladder :(

So after playing for about 1 week i maxed on ladder points, without that carrot on a stick i felt so much less motivated. I play on US servers and they all seem to have the same deal (last i checked) where you just play till you get 10k lp. Whats next? is that it? People ranked higher than me all say that once you reach the max on the server that its pretty much as high as you get. In my opinion this is kind of a mundane and mindless system if its the way im perceiving it right now.

Ubisoft beginner servers are limited to 10k points. From then, you've to play on other servers.

On the serverlist(new browser), look at the right side of the flag, you'll see their limit, 10k, 60k, 80k...(empty = 50k).

Okay i see that, but i dont see anything other than 10k! wtf!

make sure you're in the World zone, and not in your country zone when browsing servers. because there are lots of servers with more than 10k...
