[SM] Key - No trial access

I have played the closed beta of ShootMania, but I haven't played the open beta. Two days ago I decided to play Shootmania again but it asked for a key, even when trying to play Elite. I also did not have the ability to add Royal to my stations. I then checked my email and found a key for 1 month of closed beta access. I decided to try if that would maybe unlock my account. It did, and even allowed me to play all of the game modes only available after purchase. I thought that was a bit weird but figured after the 1 month period my account would just turn into a trial account.

Now, two days later, I started the game again, but to my surprise the game was back into the same state it was in before activating the 1 month beta key. My stations have been reset and I can't play any ShootMania. I tried activating the same key again but it says "Key registration failed. This game key is not activated." Also, when entering my original closed beta key it says I have already activated that key.

According to the news message I should have access to Elite and Royal?

My Maniaplanet account name is the same as my account name here.

The Open Beta needs no key, but ShootMania was released nearly two weeks ago.
So if you had received a key valid only for the closed beta, this was probably not extended and is not anymore valid in consequence.
Only those who have purchased Storm or downloaded the Open Beta can continue playing.
Did you try to setup the Open Beta?

I did not setup the open beta and there doesn't seem to be a possibility of downloading it anymore, which makes sense as the game has been released. The news message on the website, however, stated:

If you took part in the closed or open beta events but have not bought the game, today your account will be converted to a trial account, and you will only have access to the Elite and Royal game modes.

I did take part in the closed beta event but my account doesn't seem to have been converted to a trial account.

good, on the player page you can download the actual game client(s) which are available for you.
Download Storm and install it over your existing setup (do a backup of your documents\ManiaPlanet folder before perhaps), and after installation simply connect with your actual login.

If it still does not work, please try again tomorrow, and then you might still request help from Aliona

The Player page only lists downloads for TrackMania Canyon, TrackMania Stadium and Minimal, no ShootMania there either. But I'm pretty sure I already have the newest files as they were downloaded just two days ago. It's just that the game won't allow me to play.

Did you run ShootMania with a different ManiaPlanet login perhaps?
This would explain why you don't see anything else than Canyon on the actual login.

No, I'm pretty sure it's this account. I still have two of the game modes loaded in stations and I don't remember ever making another ManiaPlanet account. It's also the right email address, so it definitely is this account.
