Trackmania 2 Stadium | Additional Updates

I bought the game 2 weeks ago, and I now wanted to test these additional updates.
I enabled them from my maniaplanet profile, and it asks do I want to search for available updates.

After that, it just throws an empty box, with no additional updates.

how often did you do this?
Did you purchase it in Steam or on ManiaPlanet (Gamesplanet) directly?

• This happens every time I launch the game. It asks me do I want to search if my game is up-to-date, and it shows the blank picture.
• I bought the game from Steam.

ok, updates on Steam run a bit differently, as the Steam client is downloading the updates automatically.
Please disable the optional updates from the profile on your player page.
This was meant initially for Canyon, and I'm not even sure it is relevant actually (needs to be confirmed by Nadeo).
Anyways there was no "optional update" for Stadium, as it is in Open Beta, and any update there is mandatory.

Because I did read from somewhere that you get optional updates if you buy the game.

I was just wondering if TheJimJ was getting his Profile / Player Page / ... mixed up with the Configuration in the ManiaPlanet 'start-up box' (the little grey one at the very beginning). I know if you click on the Configure / Advanced / Peer To Peer and check the box for 'Auto Update At Internet Connection', you will get that empty box come up every time you start your game.
The one he may want for the Optional Updates being on the TM2 / Profile / Player Page / Account / Optional Updates or ...
