What version are you running? Steam/maniaplanet launcher?
They don't work at all?
Have you acquired any weapons?
What servers are you on?
Have you checked your keybindings?
Other settings?
Is your keyboard plugged in?
And so on...

version of game - last... keyboard are working rightly...i was played on matchmaking(combo) Dakonia

Shouldn't be an ongoing problem, is it? Happened to me as well, in the matchmaking lobby. Joined as substitute and I somehow ended up being only able to use Nucleus and could not even change back to Rocket. One round later it was gone.

Are you sure you weren't in the warmup part, cause it's not possible in the warmup to change weapon.
