LAN problems - "You need these blocks: Podium (in storm)"

I was trying to get two computers to connect via LAN for Shootmania, and every other LAN game works fine but for some reason I have problems getting SM to work.

Hosting:
If I launch the game offline and try to create a game, I click the launch button, then I select the maps and click "Play" but as soon as I click Play it takes me back to the LAN "lobby" screen without an error message.

Joining:
If I'm logged in, I can click Launch, select some maps, and start a game. But then when I get the other computer, logged in an offline profile, when I try and join the game created by the first computer, I get an error saying something like "Match was interrupted, cannot join server. You need these blocks: Podium (in storm)".

I've tried reinstalling and everything but I still can't get a LAN game working properly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Some update has been released including several new blocks, including the Podium block which is missing. The game has to be updated on that machine.

I re-downloaded and installed the same version on both computers and I still get the error :/

It's probably because the updates aren't put into the standalone download, so it's basically outdated. You most likely have to connect to the internet so maniaplanet starts actually updating it.

I logged in on both computers (not at the same time of course since it doesn't allow you to do that) so they should all be the exact same version.

Do you have this option enabled on your player page?
Assuming this is the same for TM and SM...

Ok so I downloaded the optional updates and stuff, then when I try to host after selecting some maps, it says "Could not load map! Missing blocks or items: Podium (in Storm)"
If I just choose a currently existing playlist (like SMStormBattle or whatever it was called) it goes to the loading screen but it shows nothing but "Loading please wait" and just freezes there and doesn't load.

Yeah, still can't get LAN to work...

What is the point of having an offline LAN mode when it isn't even functional??
