How to set up leaderboards on a server

Hello

I have recently set up a TM server through Multiplay and I thought some sort of leaderboard would come by default, but apparently it is not. Do I have to run some sort of scrip for it? If so, do I need to run it on the server or through the track itself?
Anyway, can anyone be so kind to point me in the right direction. I tried to do a quick search for it, but I didn't find anything.
